Order, pay and delivery information

Our goal is to make you enjoy your Hungarian wine as simply as possible. Below we briefly explain how our order process works. If you have any questions, please contact us!

Order pay

When you have chosen one or more wines, you can add them to the cart. You can then choose to complete your order. On the “Complete order” page, enter your details and choose your payment method.

Pay via iDeal or Bancontact / Mister Cash

When you pay via iDeal or Mister Cash, you will be redirected to a page of our payment provider, Pay.nl, after filling in the requested information. Here you complete your payment. You will then receive the order confirmation and we will receive immediate notification of your order. We immediately prepare the order for shipment.

Pay by bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after entering your details. This describes the bank account to which you can transfer the amount due. For completeness, we also share our details below.

Use Tokajwijn.nl + your order number as description of your payment (eg Tokajwijn.nl 2000xxxxx)

Once we have received your payment we will process your order as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered free of charge to your home in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over € 100. Do you order for less than € 100? Then we charge only € 6.95 delivery costs, also in Belgium. Check here the costs for other countries.

We strive to send your order within 2 working days. Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered the day after shipment on working days and Saturdays (when paying via iDeal or Mr. Cash). If your order is not in stock, we will contact you about the delivery time or an alternative wine. If the delivery time or the alternative is not acceptable to you, you can cancel the order. We will refund the amount paid immediately.

When we give the wine to the carrier you will receive a message from us so that you are aware of the status of the order. If you wish to receive the wine on a specific day, state this in the comments field with your order.

Pickup

If your order is in stock then you can (for orders placed before 3:00 PM) pick up your order until 5:30 PM at our premises at Noorddijkerweg 24b in Groningen (you can report this at the reception of Bol ICT ).
