This MONOPOLE Pinot Gris comes from our exclusive MONOPOLE Terroir. Its golden color reflects the nicely ripened fruit, which is a short maceration followed by an eight-month barrel aging. Its bouquet is sweet and mysterious while exhibiting the fragrance typical of elderflower, peach and tropical fruit. It is silky, rounded and affable with nice aftertaste.
It pairs well with light food, fruit, desserts or just simply enjoyed on its own.
Recommended serving temperature: 12 degrees celsius.
